حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِىٍّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ وَهُوَ الْبَجَلِىُّ الْكُوفِىُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا زُرْعَةَ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَرِيرٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِى هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِىِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ لاَ يَتَفَرَّقَنَّ عَنْ بَيْعٍ إِلاَّ عَنْ تَرَاضٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ.

حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ الشَّيْبَانِىُّ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ أَبِى الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ النَّبِىَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَيَّرَ أَعْرَابِيًّا بَعْدَ الْبَيْعِ. وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ.
